Returns Policy

If you change your mind about a product, it’s not a problem for us at Wild Soul, you have 28 days to return your order for a full refund (Excluding posting and packaging charges)
Items must be returned with the original invoice, in the original condition, unworn and unused.
Once your item has been received by us you will get an email to you to notify you that your return has been processed.
You will be refunded via your payment method, Please allow 3-5 working days to appear back into your account.
We reserve the right to refuse refund items that are returned to us in a non-re-salable condition.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover return postage costs.
Please note that item (s) are your, the customers responsibility until it reaches us at Wild soul.

Exchanges

We are sorry to say we are unable to offer an exchange as part of our return policy for item (s) purchased online.
If you are returning something and would like the same item in a different size or colour or simply a replacement product you will need to place a new order online for the item that you require, your new order will be send directly and we will process your return according to our returns policy as stated above, this will be done once we receive the item (s)

We aim to get your order shipped as quickly as possible; orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving payment.

UK Standard Delivery (3-5 Working days) £3.99
Orders are sent Via Royal Mails 48 Service
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery from when the order has been dispatched.
Uk Express Delivery (1-2 Working days) £5.99
Orders are sent Via Royal Mail 24 Service
Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery from when the order has been dispatched.

International Shipping
Customs & Duties Charges
All international deliveries are subject to custom and duty charges upon delivery.
These charges are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed to you by us at Wild Soul.
Postage charges and delivery times may vary depending on your location, Wild Soul will always try to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
All packages are shipped Via Royal Mail, please allow 10-20 working days for delivery to Europe &
15-25 days to the rest of the World.
If you have not received your order within 25 working days of dispatch, then please contact us at Wild Soul and a member of our Customer Service Team will be happy to help.

We are Not responsible for any late shipping deliveries that maybe affected by customs.

If the Custom charges are refused by the customer and the parcel is returned to us at Wild Soul, the order value (Excluding packaging) will be refunded.
